Hi!
My name is Olya. I do testing for 9 years already. For all that time in IT I had been working for a number of companies in different industries, and different countries. I've seen different approaches to quality, but I can't say I liked all of them. So I've accumulated some knowledge and I want to share that knowledge with whoever is interested.
Currently I am a Test Lead in a big Australian insurance company. I am responsible for implementing a testing strategy on a project, and I can see that the way we apply testing here is quite cool and advanced. So I will try to talk about some of that staff here.
I feel it's also important to mention why I am passionate about testing (believe me it wasn't always the case!)
